Entry Criteria for Canadian Universities/Colleges

Academic Requirements
- Undergraduate Students – Overall 50% and above with no less than 50 marks in major subjects. A maximum of 2 years of gap is accepted, and that should be properly documented while some institutes agree with a 3-4 year justified gap.
- Graduate Students – Overall 55% and above, most colleges do not accept more than 7-8 backlogs. For University, students should score a minimum of 65% and above; it is advisable not to have any backlogs.

English Language Proficiency
- IELTS – Minimum 6.0 band.
- TOEFL – Minimum 84 score.
- PTE – Minimum 60 score.
- CAEL – Minimum 60 score.
- CELPIP – Minimum score of 7.

Documents Required for Canadian University/ College Admissions
- Passport Copy
- IELTS date confirmation/IELTS score sheet/PTE Scorecard/Duolingo/TOEFL
- 10th Mark sheet /12th Mark sheet (HSC Certificate)
- Marksheets of Bachelors and Masters, along with marksheets of backlogs, and backlog summary/certificate
- Degree certificate / Provisional degree certificate
- Job Experience Certificate (If Applicable). (Appointment Letter, Salary Slips, Relieving / Experience letter, Confirmation Letter, Increment Letter, etc.)
- Academic resume, Letter of recommendation, admission SOP (if applicable)

Student Visa Documents
- Study permit application forms
- Copy of New and Old Passports
- Copy of Educational Documents
- IELTS /PTE/TOEFL – Score card
- Proof of Work Experience (if applicable)
- Offer/Acceptance Letter from a Canadian Institute
- PAL – Provincial Attestation Letter (if required)
- Tuition Fees Receipt for First Year
- GIC – Guaranteed Investment Certificate letter from a Canadian bank
- Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Tax Return (ITR) of Parents for the last 2 years
- Finance documents (1-year tuition fees + living in liquidity, 3 to 6 months old)- (if applicable)
- Copy of Medical exam proof from a CIC-approved panel of hospitals
- Digital Photograph (Soft copy)
- Study Plan / SOP
