The Graduate Immigration Route (GIR) enables international students who have earned a qualifying degree from a UK higher education institution to remain in the UK for up to two years (or three years for PhD holders) to work or search for employment at any skill level. Eligibility
- You must successfully finish an undergraduate or higher-level degree at a UK higher education institution that has a proven record of compliance.

- The qualification must be eligible, such as a bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or another approved program.
- You are required to submit your application from inside the UK.
- There is no need for a job offer or a minimum salary requirement.
